The Work

What Is Non-Dual Energy Work?

“Non-dual” means: not two. In a session, I step back inwardly until my own thoughts, intentions, and judgements become still. This allows me to attune fully to you. The sense of “me here and you there” recedes into the background, and a deep resonance emerges.

In this state, I connect with a deeper intelligence within you. I do not consciously decide where to place my hands – I allow it to guide me. I see myself only as a channel: it is not my personal power at work, but the life energy that permeates everything and is known in Eastern traditions as Shakti or cosmic energy. It flows through my hands into you – directly to the places where your body is holding energy, often in areas of tension.

This intelligence knows better than the mind what is needed at any given moment and in what order something is ready to release. The less my own thoughts and intentions interfere, the more clearly the energy can work through me – which is why I remain an observer of what unfolds.

What Happens in the Body

In my understanding, physical tension is an expression of energy being held in the body. Beneath it often lie emotions that were never allowed to be fully felt and have therefore remained bound in the body.

The energy moves directly into these blockages and begins to release them layer by layer. When a layer opens, what was bound begins to move again. This may show itself as trembling or spontaneous movement – very often also through the breath and voice: deep exhalations, yawning, sighing, crying, sounds. What has been held for a long time finds expression and is allowed to leave the body.

The deep relaxation in this work therefore does not arise because something is covered over or bypassed. It comes afterwards – when a layer has released and nothing needs to be held any longer.

When blockages release, life energy can flow more freely again. That is exactly what this is about: activating your innate capacity for self-healing and supporting your physical and energetic balance. Your body carries a deep wisdom within it – it knows how to return to balance when given the space to do so. You do not have to believe in anything. But when you trust in the possibility of change, you open yourself to the process and allow your body to let go.

Where This Ability Comes From

I did not learn it through training or a method – it emerged through my own inner journey. Over a long period of time, I felt and released everything that had been held within me, until a deep inner stillness remained. From this stillness, the energy can now flow through me. What Can Happen During a Session

Every session is different because every person carries something different within them. People often report:

noticeable movements of energy in the body

long-held emotions surfacing and being fully felt – sometimes accompanied by crying, trembling, or the urge to make sounds

spontaneous, involuntary body movements (known as “kriyas” in the yogic tradition)

a sense of deep relief, relaxation, and lightness afterwards

states of inner stillness, spaciousness, and connection – sometimes extending to moments of deep peace and quiet joy

To experience this, you do not need to believe in anything, have any special abilities, or have any prior spiritual experience. Your only task is surrender: trusting what wants to reveal itself – releasing control, not directing anything, and simply feeling what is there. Just as I step back and allow the energy to work through me, you too can step back and allow it to work within you. The more deeply you can let go, the deeper the release can go.

A Process – Layer by Layer

This work is like peeling an onion. Everything you have accumulated over the course of your life – tension, emotions that have been held back, and old experiences – lies within you in layers. In a session, the uppermost layer is allowed to release: afterwards, you feel lighter, freer, and calmer. The space this creates allows the next, deeper layer to rise to the surface. This is not a setback, but the next step – and the reason the work often continues for days after a session.

Whatever has accumulated over years and decades cannot be released in a single session – and that is a good thing: Your system only releases as much as you can handle at that moment. The number of sessions needed varies from person to person. Some come with a single issue; I accompany others over a longer period, layer by layer.

Even with all this surrender, one thing always applies: You remain in control. You decide how deep you go and can slow down or interrupt the process at any time. Surrender does not mean being at someone else’s mercy – it means choosing to let go.

Just as important to me: This work should not make you dependent on me – it should make you more independent. The sessions provide impulses, but the path remains yours. What happens between sessions belongs to you – and at its core, it comes down to one thing: feeling what is present without immediately distracting yourself. What arises wants to be felt, not pushed away. Conscious breathing can also support you. The more actively you participate, the less you will need me. That is not a side effect; it is the goal.

Who Is This Work For?

For people who feel tense inside and can no longer truly switch off.

For people who sense that emotions are stuck inside them and want to come out.

For people who feel that their capacity for self-healing is blocked and not working as it could.

For people who long for more calm, lightness, and connection.

And for those exploring the question: Who am I, really?

You do not need any prior spiritual experience, and you do not have to believe in anything – you can simply experience it for yourself.

Important Note

Energy work is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, or medication. It is intended to activate and harmonise the body’s own energy fields and support general well-being. Please consult a doctor or therapist if you have health concerns.
